National Health Center Week serves as a reminder of the essential role community health centers have in improving public health across the nation. As the largest U.S. primary care network, health centers provide services to 31.5 million patients annually.
With a history dating back more than a century, Sadler Health has evolved over the decades and, in 2015, was designated as a federally qualified health center. Serving more than 10,000 patients per year, Sadler is committed to providing affordable, accessible health care for everyone including patients who are uninsured, underinsured or have government-sponsored insurance like Medicaid or CHIP (Children’s Health Insurance Program). The organization provides comprehensive health care services at its Carlisle and Mechanicsburg locations, dental care in Loysville and operates a mobile unit to offer services to underserved communities.
