Only residents of Perry County are eligible to participate in this clinic.
Appointments are required. To schedule an appointment, please go to SadlerHealth.org/schedule or call 717-960-6901. Those with an appointment should bring:

Clinic hours on Saturday, March 20th are from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. New Bloomfield Elementary School (gymnasium) is located at 300 West High Street, New Bloomfield, PA. Only the person scheduled for the vaccine will be allowed to enter the building unless assistance is needed.
