Sadler Health Center Welcomes New Chief Operating Officer
CARLISLE, PA – Sadler Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center providing community-based comprehensive primary care, dental care, behavioral health and support services at its centers in downtown Carlisle and Loysville, announced the addition of Carl Roper, MBA, FACHE, RRT to its Senior Leadership Team.
“Roper joins Sadler as the Chief Operating Officer for the organization,” said Manal El Harrak, Chief Executive Officer of Sadler Health Center. “He brings 35+ years of experience in both acute and post-acute care leadership to Sadler and will be an asset as a seasoned master’s prepared healthcare leader,” El Harrak added.
Originally, from Arkansas, Roper earned an Associate Degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock, AR. He achieved a Baccalaureate Degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Arkansas, Conway, AR.
Prior to joining Sadler, Roper worked at the Salina Regional Health Center in Salina, Kansas as the Director of Clinic Operations for Physician Practice Management. He is married and has three children. He enjoys many outdoor activities: hiking, cycling, camping, and kayaking. In addition, he is avid reader and collects coins. He is a huge Star Trek fan, from which he models his management style.
