CARLISLE, Pa. (Aug. 13, 2024) – Sadler Health Center has named Steven McQue as its new director of behavioral health. In this role, McQue oversees clinical operations of the behavioral health department and works to ensure its seamless integration with Sadler’s comprehensive health care services.
McQue leads a multidisciplinary team that includes clinicians, case managers, recovery specialists and psychiatrists. This team works collaboratively to meet the diverse needs of the community, providing holistic care and representing the field of social work across all patient interactions.
McQue brings a wealth of experience to Sadler, having worked over the past decade as a community therapist, clinical supervisor and clinical director for evidence-based family treatments such as Multisystemic Therapy (MST) and Functional Family Therapy (FFT). His extensive background in family and pediatric behavioral health, coupled with his leadership in clinical settings, will help Sadler advance its efforts to address behavioral health needs in the community.

Sadler provides integrated behavioral health services and telepsychiatry, ensuring that patients receive the support they need to manage stress, habits and emotional concerns.
McQue holds a master’s degree in social work from Marywood University and a bachelor’s degree in creative writing from Susquehanna University. He has been a licensed social worker since 2017 and has dedicated his career to improving the lives of families and children through evidence-based treatment approaches.
