MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (Sept. 20, 2024) – Sadler Health Center will host a Community Health & Fun Fest on Tuesday, Oct. 1 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at its West Shore Center, 5210 E. Trindle Road in Mechanicsburg. The event is billed as a day of community wellness and family fun, including a special preview of Sadler’s new Express Care walk-in clinic opening on Oct. 14.
The Community Health & Fun Fest is a free event that offers an opportunity to meet Sadler’s health care providers, get health information and resources, and explore job opportunities. Attendees can tour Sadler’s West Shore Center, as well as enjoy family activities including a petting zoo, face painting, food trucks and a child’s bike raffle courtesy of Walmart.
In addition, guests can learn about Sadler’s Express Care clinic – a new service providing convenient, affordable care for minor illnesses and injuries. Located at Sadler’s West Shore Center, Express Care patients can skip long emergency room waits and get treatment for non-life-threatening conditions like colds, flu symptoms, sprains, mild fractures, nausea, dehydration and more. Patients can also access high-quality care at a lower cost with sliding fees based on income and household size.
