Steven McQue serves as Director of Behavioral Health. In this role, he oversees the department’s clinical operations and works to ensure its seamless integration with Sadler’s comprehensive health care services.
He leads a multidisciplinary team that includes clinicians, case managers, recovery specialists and psychiatrists. This team works collaboratively to meet the diverse needs of the community, providing holistic care and representing the field of social work across all patient interactions.
Steven brings a wealth of experience to Sadler, having worked over the past decade as a community therapist, clinical supervisor and clinical director for evidence-based family treatments such as Multisystemic Therapy (MST) and Functional Family Therapy (FFT). He has been a licensed social worker since 2017 and has dedicated his career to improving the lives of families and children through evidence-based treatment approaches. Steven holds a master’s degree in social work from Marywood University and a bachelor’s degree in creative writing from Susquehanna University.
In his leisure time, Steven enjoys the outdoors, playing music with friends, and writing about the life of a social worker and father.
