Our certified Application Counselors and Navigators offer one-on-one guidance, helping you understand your options and navigate the application process from start to finish – so you can access the care you need with confidence.
We assist with completing and submitting applications for various insurance programs, including:
- Medicare: Advantage Plans, Prescription Drug Plans and Medicare Savings Programs (MSP)
- Medicare Limited Income Subsidy (LIS)
- PENNIE (Pennsylvania Insurance Exchange), also known as Marketplace Insurance or Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans
- Medical Assistance and Medical Assistance for Workers with Disabilities (MAWD)
- Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
