Sadler Health Center offers comprehensive primary and preventive health services for the whole family, including annual and routine physical checkups, integrated behavioral health programs, immunizations, TB tests, lab tests, and referrals for X-rays, diagnostic tests, family planning and sick visits for all enrolled patients. These services are available in the community and through Sadler’s mobile van.
We also participate in programs targeted to meet the needs of the uninsured, underinsured, Medicaid and Medicare populations. These programs include the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) program for children, Pennsylvania Vaccines for Children, and the HealthyRx program.
